Animal Fibre Route
Wool
Used wool garments and textiles are collected, sorted, and opened back into fibre before returning to fabric manufacturing.

Synthetic Fibre Route
Plastic
Disposable plastic products can be recovered and engineered into recycled fibre for renewable fabric programmes.

Collect disposable PET packaging through safe recovery channels.
02 Prepare
Pack, ship, screen, sort, clean, and crush the recovered material.
03 Convert
Deep-separate and process polyester particles into recycled fibre.
04 Manufacture
Create recycled fabric, complete finishing and inspection, then proceed to product manufacturing.

Initial Stage

After Three Months
The wool side shows visible breakdown while the acrylic side remains more intact.

Reduced Climate Impact
